Woolsrake Photography: Men, Naturally....
mature men, hairy muscle, blue-collar physiques
As a professional male nude and portrait photographer and
artist, based in New York City since 1989, I have enjoyed
capturing the male form in photography and painting for over
30 years.
While my interests have focused my personal work on hairy
chested athletes, mature workmen and "bearish" men, the
models with whom I have worked throughout my career have
varied widely. The influences on my work range from the
corn-fed laborers around me as I grew up in the Midwest, to
the fury celebrities of my youth, to the glistening hulks in
Bernini's fountains in Rome.
Many clients come to me seeking portrait, nude and fantasy
photographs for their personal and professional use. I pride
myself in not only the quality of my work but also the
rapport I have with my models. A great number of my clients
have never been photographed nude before and enjoy the
first-time experience as much as do the professionals with
whom I have worked.
